On Thursday, April 14th, 14 memmbers of the Community Health Partnership placed 259 blue pinwheels in the Arts Park in downtown Jamestown as a way to bring awareness to child abuse. Each pinwheel represented each baby born in Stutsman and Logan counties during 2014.
