Central Valley Health provides environmental health services and education in Southeast Central North Dakota for the following counties: Stutsman, Barnes, Dickey, Foster, LaMoure, Logan, McIntosh, and Wells.

NOTICE-
All on-site sewer work in the above listed counties must obtain a “Permit to Construct". This applies to new on-site sewers
and/or repair to existing on–site sewers which includes: septic tanks and/or drain-fields, seepage pits, cesspools or holding tanks. Inspections are provided as requested.

Tattoo and Body Art Facility Licensing and Inspection

Tanning Facility Licensing and Inspection

Non-Community Source Water Protection Program
