Appointments are necessary at all clinic locations and can be made by contacting the Jamestown office at 252-8130 and asking for the Family Planning program.

Our Mission is to assist men and women in taking responsibility for their reproductive health through education, counseling, and medical services.

Fees for Services are based on income and family size, and range from no charge to full charge.

HIV Counseling and Testing

CVHD offers free and confidential testing. Anyone who may be at risk of contracting the HIV virus may receive counseling and testing by scheduling an appointment. HIV testing is only available at the Jamestown office. Central Valley Health also provides education to individuals, schools, and service organizations upon request.

All services are strictly confidential and are provided by a nurse or nurse practitioner.
